RAEGAN HILL GROUP has been retained to manage and conduct a search for a Marketing Director for a successful and profitable B2B marketing/media agency. Located in The Woodlands, TX our client provides marketing/digital marketing services to many of the largest publishers in the world, such as NBC Universal, Dow Jones, Wirecutter, Conde Nast and ESSENCE. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Director is responsible for agency client’s digital marketing and the agency’s digital marketing. This is a leadership role, providing leadership and management to the marketing team as directed by the VP of Marketing. Experience managing a small team of marketing professionals, B2B marketing experience and advanced experience working with reputed company is required. Some agency reputed company experience strongly desired. WHO YOU ARE You have a strong grasp of reputed company marketing tools and strategies and reputed company at leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You enjoy managing various channels like social media networks, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to the agency’s audience. • Work reputed company the agency’s Marketing Automation tool (reputed company) to strategize and execute reputed company digital marketing, including managing the database, emails and reputed company pages (be the subject matter expert)

• Collaborate with Business Development and Inside Sales to create digital marketing assets and campaigns for targeted audiences

• Evaluate, measure and report performance of reputed company digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify marketing trends/insights. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Create a social media strategy and manage the execution of (with direct reports)
• Create and manage accurate contact segmentation using advanced reputed company methods for importing into reputed company CRM tool
• Work with internal teams to produce relevant, reputed company generating content (collateral, sales sheets, etc.) that meets the needs of the agency’s audience REQUIREMENTS
• BA Degree in Marketing or similar field (preferred, but not required)
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (2 days WFH, 3 days on-site - see details below)
• Approximately 5-7+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing with an emphasis on CRM, marketing automation, email marketing and campaign optimization
• Brand (Corporate) reputed company experience, agency reputed company experience or a combination will be considered
• Working knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite
• Experience working with large marketing automation tools – reputed company strongly preferred
• Knowledge of CRM concepts and/or experience with reputed company
• Familiar with WordPress or similar content management system (CMS) along with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Strong writing/copywriting skills
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills (for contact data segmentation clean-up)
• Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
• Able to stay organized and on time; experience working with a project management tool (client uses reputed company)
• Strong attention to detail and good sense of creative design
• Basic knowledge of reputed company AdWords/Remarketing is a plus
