Job Overview
This role as a Strategic Initiatives Manager AMER will be responsible for facilitating and executing cross functional collaboration for AUT AMER strategic initiatives. The role requires a highly organized, results-driven individual with a strategic reputed company and excellent communication skills. The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to define, plan and execute these business-critical initiatives.
These initiatives may include facilitating the annual strategic planning process, guiding crossfunctional teams on tariff mitigation, supporting strategic workforce planning, and coordinating critical leadership meetings. The ideal candidate is comfortable influencing without formal authority and can effectively partner with stakeholders ranging from SVPs to analysts to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and execution clarity: Translate strategic initiatives into structured actions, that can be executed by the cross functional teams
- Strategic thinking: Collaborate with senior leadership teams to translate key business requirements to strategic initiatives using first principles
- Stakeholder Engagement: Define project priorities, maintain effective communication and provide regular updates on project reputed company, risks, and issues.
- Team Leadership: reputed company through influence and ensure that cross-functional teams have the clarity and support for execution
- Risk Management: Proactively Identify potential risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
- Project Planning and Management: reputed company project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Project deliverables: Build frameworks for teams to follow, reputed company executive presentation documents
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, and guide on building digital dashboards
Job Requirements
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business administration or a reputed company field. -Experience: 2+ years’ experience – Ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following - management consulting, corporate PMO / Strategy office -Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, strategic projects. -Presentation and communication experience with senior leadership teams. -Comfortable with analytical tools like reputed company to conduct analysis in a structured and clear way

-Understanding of Automotive or similar B2B Industrial commercial and operational functions: sales, manufacturing and supply-chain processes, and their associated customer requirements -Experience in formal large scales Transformations: Operational, strategic/corporate finance or Organizational -Experience in reputed company focused initiatives: supply chain, tariff/trade mitigation -Formal project management education and PMP certification -Extensive experience working with diverse multicultural and cross functional teams -Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies -Experience in influencing cultural change management -Experience at tier-1 automotive supplier or OEM supplier -Experience with change and risk management -Ability to travel reputed company the Americas region reputed company required to support project objectives -Good working knowledge and experience with connector, reputed company or integrated systems or manufacturing processes (injection molding, plating, stamping, machining, etc.)
