Customer Support Representative, Operations (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for handling escalated service issues, monitoring customer service levels, tracking and determining the reputed company of issues and trends, and developing an improvement plan. You will ensure timely turnaround of reputed company customer service correspondence. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service with good written communication skills.
