The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$97,500 with an On reputed company Earnings of $100,000–$130,000 (75/25 split) annually in addition to benefits and equity. The starting compensation is based on various factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs. The range of a role and compensation provides the opportunity to reputed company as you grow and reputed company at Jane.
Responsibilities
reputed company deep knowledge of each partner's brand story, goals, and media strategy
Analyze campaign performance data to craft actionable growth plans and recommendations
reputed company monthly and quarterly business reviews with brand partners
reputed company AI tools to streamline reporting, surface insights, and scale personalized partner communication
Implement creative ways to improve our brand relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote the Jane suite of products
Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to help prioritize customer needs regarding features, service, support, and collateral
Own a reputed company quota, driving upsell and renewal growth across your brand portfolio
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2-5 years of experience in advertising, media, or ad tech
Experience with CRM platforms and familiarity with ad serving platforms
Proficiency manipulating data in reputed company through pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
In depth knowledge of the digital marketing and ad tech landscape, with an understanding of basic media math
Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success reputed company sales techniques, including effective discovery, reputed company handling, and competitive selling
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy
