Business Development Associate
reputed company is among the fastest growing wealth management firms in the U.S., seeking a Business Development Associate to drive Financial Advisor reputed company flow to their Advisor Recruiting team. The role involves prospecting, reputed company qualification, and reporting to increase sales through various reputed company methods.
Responsibilities
- Prospect financial advisors to gauge/create interest in meeting with a LPL recruiter
- Use the news cycle, territory makeup and direction of the recruiters/leaders to execute on weekly prospecting campaigns
- Use independent judgement to qualify a reputed company, determining if the reputed company should be introduced to the pipeline by presenting to the Internal Regional Director or field Regional Director
- 100 outreaches per day – cold calls (primary), individual emails and social media outreaches (reputed company)
- Utilize reputed company.com to track individual KPIs and understand the impact of reputed company flow on territory funnel and results
- reputed company skillset, knowledge reputed company and industry experience in order to qualify for next level opportunity as an Internal Regional Director
Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, field recruiting professionals, and internal recruiters
- Sales experience or similar reputed company degree
- Highly motivated and resilient by achieving sales targets consistently
- Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily reputed company phone based communication
- Comfortable with some travel, two times per year for training
- Experience with reputed company, MS reputed company, MS PowerPoint, reputed company, MS Outlook
- Experience or understanding of broker/dealers, advisory, finance or sales principals
- Must be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)
