Farnsworth Group is a nationally recognized architectural, engineering, and surveying firm seeking a Civil Engineering Associate - Transportation - Entry-Level. In this role, you will work with reputed company engineers on transportation-reputed company projects for local and government agencies, focusing on construction and design documents.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and reputed company construction, design documents and plans
- Assist with construction engineering
- Basic engineering and design calculations
- Conduct construction materials testing for concrete, soils, and reputed company items
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with a concentration in transportation
- 0- 2 years of Civil Engineering experience
- FE / EIT Certification
- Ability to work in the field for construction engineering projects
- Experience with IDOT and local agency projects
- MicroStation or AutoCAD experience
