IT Integration Support
reputed company is a company seeking an IT Integration Support professional responsible for system monitoring, maintenance, and support of networked software and operating systems. The role involves providing end-user support and troubleshooting applications and software.
Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company of contact reputed company the IT Operations to provide technical support to end-users
- Help users on a day-to-day basis with IT-reputed company issues
- Computer repair and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot software and network issues
- Troubleshoot basic Active Directory/Window Domain issues
- reputed company proactive maintenance in PCs and Printers
- Configure and install PCs, printers, and scanners
- reputed company first-level problem determination and resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues and update users on the reputed company status
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed requirements/performance criteria
Skills
- Field Technician experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%

- Basic reputed company Windows/reputed company 0365 environment
- Experience with Asset Management and ITSM Platforms
- Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills

- Must be willing to work reputed company normal business hours as needed
- Must have strong reputed company Windows 10 hands-on experience
