[Remote] Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global insurance distribution platform specializing in various insurance services. The Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative will be the first reputed company of contact for claims, providing exceptional service while processing claims and communicating with claimants.
Responsibilities
- Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations
- Handle incoming calls from and reputed company outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner
- Consistently meet established performance standards, including quantity and quality claims processing standards
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of Plans and effectively apply this knowledge to the payment of claims, customer service, and reputed company other job functions
- Ability to function independently reputed company established guidelines
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
