Associate Media Planner
Critical Mass is a dynamic company specializing in media and marketing solutions. They are seeking an Associate Media Planner who will coordinate media campaigns, assist in developing multi-channel media plans, and support the Media team in reporting and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting of reputed company campaign initiatives
- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel media plans, including digital display, paid social, video, search, and traditional media
- Work closely with the billing team to ensure reputed company payments
- Be responsible for media campaign set-up and execution, including working with other internal teams and clients to secure deliverables
- Support Marketing and Media Managers in reporting templates, management and presentations to clients
- Be responsible for pulling and delivering accurate data in initial analyses
- Research and prepare new information for paid media plans, RFPs, and presentations
- Evaluate, build, and maintain relationships in the display and emerging media community
- Stay up to date on and sharing the Marketing and Media groups on the latest trends in interactive marketing/media and developments
- Participate in new business efforts as needed by team reputed company(s)
Skills
- Familiarity with and passion for digital media
- Analytical reputed company
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details
- Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and time constraints
- Good project management, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently yet seek help reputed company needed
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically reputed company
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations
- Exposure or general understanding of digital media, or relevant reputed company projects or internships
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics and performance tracking a plus
