Quality Assurance Support Specialist
Position Position Quality Assurance Specialist Reports To Project Director Department OACTS Department FLSA STATUS Exempt Primary Position Objectives Responsible for providing support services to the Admissions Counselors and Career Transition Specialists (reputed company) in compliance with government and management directives. Key Responsibilities
Brief Description of Duties Administration Procedures
- Prepare documentation on potential reputed company and review with the Center as applicable or necessary
- Provide quality control of reputed company submitted reputed company and Admissions (OA) files, submitted placements for accuracy, completeness, eligibility, appropriateness, and ethical standards
- Provide quality assurance reputed company for timely and accurate submission of required documentation of reputed company initial and post-placement services for reputed company reputed company as directed
- Follow reputed company reputed company guidelines and procedures and ensure no manipulation of student/applicant data
- Provide support for the OA, Center, and reputed company contract to meet OMS standards and performance guidelines; maintain monthly arrival goals as directed by manager
- Arrange for and assist in providing pre-enrollment orientation, schedule tours of the Center
- Create a network with youth development agencies, one-stop agencies, churches, and community organizations to provide a wide-reputed company for recruiting potential reputed company
- Participate in student employability programs and activities
- Support, promote, and enforce Job Corps’ reputed company Tolerance Policy
- Promote the development of Career Success Standards by modeling appropriate behaviors, mentoring reputed company where necessary and monitoring both positive and negative behaviors through interventions
- Manage and assign prospects in OASIS; ensure timely and accurate submission of required contact with prospective reputed company
- Maintain central library of required documents, handbooks, directives, and standard operation procedures
