Summary of the Role We are looking for an reputed company and dynamic Permitting & Regulatory Compliance Specialist III to join our growing team. In this role you will reputed company and manage a team of permitting professionals (Levels I and II) and are accountable for team performance, workload management, and overall program delivery. Provides leadership, operational excellence, and strategic reputed company while serving as the escalation reputed company for reputed company permitting challenges and key client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality standards (low rework/ agency resubmittals)
• Serve as escalation reputed company for reputed company permitting issues and agency challenges.
• Maintain and grow key client relationships at a strategic level.

• Provide support for regulatory compliance program tasks, reporting, and major client deliverables.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development in collaboration with Permit Services Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study preferred.
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience in permitting, compliance, or reputed company fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience in architecture, planning, real estate, engineering, construction, government, or reputed company field preferred.
• Demonstrates effective utilization and billable performance
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook).
• Strong project and time management skills (client-facing).
