Key Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
  • Offering sales links and discounts to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborating with our sales team to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with our customer service team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in multiple languages an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a live chat environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales platforms
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
