Job Overview
As a Customer Service and Benefits Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll work closely with our sales and service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and drive sales through personalized service. Key Responsibilities
* Sales Support: Assist with inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions based on customer needs to drive sales

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our offerings

Qualifications
