About the Role: Social Media Customer Support Representative As a Social Media Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and spreading happiness to our audience through social media channels.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Monitor social media trends and proactively engage with our audience in a timely manner, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and conversations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of blithequark products and services to provide accurate information to customers, promoting a positive brand image.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English: You should be able to communicate effectively and efficiently through written channels, providing clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field: We prefer candidates with experience in customer support, social media management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Proficient in navigating and engaging on various social media platforms: You should be familiar with popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more, and be able to navigate and engage with our audience effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a remote work environment: As a remote team member, you should be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
