Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to join our remote team, working closely with our Manufacturing teams to streamline production processes, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks, and reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing production orders and creating labels for QC samples and bulk materials
• Assisting with batch records (prefilling-out, reviewing/verification, and scanning/attaching)
• Helping the inventory controller to identify Bin locations and assisting the Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
• Performing job duties under ISO requirements, such as following the "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions
• Other projects or responsibilities as may be required

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
• Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or reputed company field
• Strong competency with reputed company Office (Word and reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Prior hands-on experience with reputed company Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
• Some laboratory experience preferred, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
