As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Handling 40-60 calls per day, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues
- Delivering quality service by providing effective and efficient operations support
- Managing risk by accurately authenticating clients and adhering to policy and procedures
- Proactively identifying and escalating potential risk
- Navigating through multiple applications and tools to resolve client queries

- Verbal Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal partners

Qualifications
