The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers reputed company phone, ticket system, or messenger.   • Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience is required, with a strong understanding of:

+ Troubleshooting in multi-user environments + AWS (EC2, CloudWatch, AutoScaling, etc.) + General understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, E-Mail)

  • Demonstrate independent thinking and decision-making abilities, with a strong ability to multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication, availability, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment.
  • Availability to possibly work weekends, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business.
