Key Responsibilities:
As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers reputed company live chat or email to resolve any issues they may have
- Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide expert support
- Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product
- Taking on non-CS reputed company tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests
Essential Qualifications:
* Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy talking to people and solving their problems
- Ability to handle challenging customers (though we have reputed company few of those!)
- Proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level
- Comfortable working with basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed
- Ability to write technical documentation and articles

- Ability to work at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm)
