Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, understanding policies and procedures, and taking accountability for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls about arenaflex's products and services

• Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations
• Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor
• Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
• Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Training and Development

* Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive base wage starting at $17-18.90/hr. with opportunities to increase take-home pay

• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards for exceptional performance
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay and opportunities for advancement
• Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours
• Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential
