• Answer questions from providers and members about benefits and eligibility, while maintaining courteous and respectful communication at reputed company times.
• Maintain a high accuracy level by providing complete and accurate information at reputed company times.
• Document notes of each call to ensure reputed company information is saved correctly.

Requirements
