Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Junior, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex members. You will be the first reputed company of contact for members, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in PC operations and navigation, including reputed company Office
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry experience a plus
