Key Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's vast product inventory and provide accurate product information to customers
- Use various customer service tools and software to manage customer communications effectively
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Knowledge of home goods, furniture, and decor products
