• Prepare monthly financial statements for US GAAP and legal reporting purposes.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management and other stakeholders as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience in global accounting and reporting requirements, including US GAAP.
• Strong understanding of financial control requirements, including SOX 404 requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a large 4 accounting firm.
• Knowledge of financial systems and software, including ERP systems.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of diverse perspectives and needs.
