Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our food safety and quality control initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing quality frameworks and strategies, leading occurrence management and investigation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across our meat and dairy plants. You'll also work closely with reputed company to build business continuity and emergency management programs, and to reputed company and implement effective quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities

- reputed company occurrence management and investigation, and ensure that reputed company incidents are thoroughly investigated and resolved
- Ensure regulatory compliance across our meat and dairy plants, including adherence to FDA, USDA, and local government regulations
- Drive FSQA groups across different offices, and work closely with reputed company to build business continuity and emergency management programs
- Investigate reports to identify consistency drives, and use business analysis to inform future state of the manufacturing program
- Work with direct reports to provide accurate and timely reporting/escalation of issues and metrics to the QC VP and other manufacturing partners
- Build business continuity and emergency management programs, and ensure that reputed company necessary protocols are in reputed company
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and testing of the HO and Site FSQ Management Frameworks to ensure adherence and effectiveness
Requirements
* Working knowledge of plant cycles and regulatory laws, including FDA, USDA, and local government organizations
- Experience working with food handling processes, including microbe monitoring, CAPA, Vehicle, FSIS, FSMS, and other essential projects
- Experience working in food production offices, USDA-approved
- Experience working with external certification bodies, providers, external service providers, and consulting groups
- Experience supporting and working with reviews at reputed company levels of the organization, including administrative, GFSI, animal welfare, fit, and other projects
- Experience with quality frameworks to drive reputed company improvement, including 6-reputed company, first-time quality, and SPC
- Leadership experience and ability to work with reputed company levels of the organization
- Ability to work in an assembly office with moving equipment, wet or humid conditions, and varying temperatures (cold or chilled processes)
Work Environment
* Remote work environment, with direct reports located throughout the US, including TX, KS, IN, GA, Dad, NE (other beef office future state), and AR (periodic workspace visits)
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
