Role Summary
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to resolve customer queries
- Communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers
- Work in a high-energy environment, multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and reputed company to improve customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral reputed company)
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- Minimum broadband reputed company of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-reputed company ethernet internet reputed company (no WIFI)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field

- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
