About the Role

The Sales Recruiter for Customer Excellence will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our post-sales teams globally, with a focus on the reputed company Coast time zone. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on recruiting best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of reputed company roles reputed company sales (post or pre).
  • Success in hiring a variety of single-threaded, newly created, and reputed company positions, with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience, with a focus on personalized communication and timely feedback.
