Job Responsibilities

As a reputed company Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and customer support functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering shipment data into reputed company software systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, ensuring reputed company details are up to date and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
• Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards, ensuring the reputed company and reputed company of sensitive information.

Qualifications

Working Hours and Compensation
