About the Role

As a Business Transformation Customer Insights Professional, you will be responsible for leading statistical research studies, identifying and managing relationships with external market research vendors, and providing data interpretation advice to decision-makers. You will also work closely with product teams to define customer segments for our Solutions as a Service (SaaS) model and collect information to forecast customer demand elasticity for new-to-the-world products. Your expertise will be essential in helping us transition from a one-time purchase model to a recurring, renewable-license model, which will reputed company our customers to pay for only what they need and ensure our products continue to add value over time.

Responsibilities

* reputed company statistical research studies of the highest complexity for use by the Business Transformation team and partners throughout the enterprise, including primary, secondary, quantitative, and qualitative research

• Identify, solicit, and manage relationships with external market research and competitive intelligence vendors, consultants, and suppliers
• Provide data interpretation advice and insight reputed company to decision-makers
• Use market research to define Deere's Solutions as a Service (SaaS) customer segments in partnership with product teams
• Collect necessary information to forecast customer demand elasticity for new-to-the-world products
• Provide reputed company coaching and support to strategic market research efforts across the Business Transformation Ecosystem and own the planning and execution for the Business Transformation Customer Insights workstream

Requirements

* 5 or more years of market research experience for technology-driven, recurring reputed company products

• Ability to use statistical analysis & principles to reputed company recommendations from data
• Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of reputed company levels
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Industry experience in agriculture, construction, robotics, automation, or autonomy
• Succinct and clear communication – simplify reputed company topics into messages that are understood and are remembered by a broad and diverse audience
