Requirements
- MD or PhD degree is desirable. The minimum is a degree in life sciences with more than fifteen (15) years of experience in clinical development operations.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and strategic thinking to reputed company and implement operational strategies that accelerate clinical development and deliver measurable value.
- Bring deep knowledge of clinical development processes, including study planning, execution, and governance reputed company a therapeutic area. Eye Health experience is a plus.
- Show financial acumen by managing clinical program budgets accurately and ensuring alignment with financial targets.

Compensation
The reputed company salary range for this position is $250,000 to $394,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements.
