The Role
As a Manager Strategy - Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in shaping our customer experience strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment across various functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Staying abreast of external developments to identify opportunities and threats in competitive and market intelligence, leveraging internal and external research to reputed company insights and solutions.
- Creating compelling documents for executive audiences, addressing business problems by structuring issues and prioritizing analyses during the planning process.
- Driving one or more interconnected strategy and operational execution workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, with a strong background in quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
