Job Summary
As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues reputed company to our clients' products and services. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our clients' products and services
- Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong computer navigational skills
- Familiarity with reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Work Environment
