About the Customer Onboarding & Success Manager
arenaflex is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Success Manager for an exciting new project. In this role, you'll be managing and optimizing relationships with property owners for our client's growing business. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of our client's platform and exceptional client management abilities.
Your Responsibilities
* Build and nurture partner relationships reputed company your assigned territory.
- Directly manage accounts to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and implement data-driven recommendations to drive sales growth.

- Maintain a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, reputed company, or sales.
- French Language - level reputed company and above.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals and targets.
- Online marketplace/SaaS platform experience a plus.
- Proven track record of effectively managing a leads pipeline or book of business.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients reputed company phone, email, and video.
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.

Compensation
The pay for this position is a basic salary of €38,000 per annum, with an additional variable bonus component of €6,000 per annum. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
