What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and effective support
- Handling incoming customer contacts reputed company phone, email, chat, or social media, and logging call details onto our call tracking systems
- Supporting customers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying their needs, recommending products, and providing after-sales support
