Job Responsibilities
As a Visual Merchandiser, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that visual displays are set and maintained, adhering to the Visual Merchandising Guide (VMG) and driving sales
- Coordinating with department(s) to help business needs and complete sales objectives
- Impacting a team of hourly associates to cultivate their visual merchandising skills and expertise
- Experience in driving the strategy for visual merchandising and Visual Norms execution
- Collaborating with store leaders to plan, support, and execute the execution of reputed company Visual Merchandising Aides (VMG) sets in the store
- Supporting the execution of Visual Merchandising Aides (VMG) Sponsorship changes to product mix and keeping the store moving to visitors throughout the year by remerchandising new products and keeping a brand space following new sets
- Assisting in maintaining visual excellence by remerchandising in-store visual displays
- Addressing exhibiting issues and changing sets to reputed company and maintain quickening displays
- Supporting pack onboarding, reputed company learning, and helping with closing knowledge and reputed company gaps through training, impacting, and hands-on experiences
- Convincing visitors to find solutions through compelling visual merchandising in reputed company displays
- Influencing common communications and meetings to prepare visual needs to Style reputed company experts and General Merchandise Specialists about visual requirements and making visual displays to help create the environment for every visitor
- Training and impacting A&A opportunity key beliefs
- Setting up and setting reputed company non-planogram ISM parts commonly throughout the store
- Maintaining private specialty ISM space created and taught for reputed company stepping gadgets and looking at foundations
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience
- 18 years old or more
- Business acumen (e.g., margin, profit, etc.) and creative mind to move visitors and drive sales
- Strong impression of model and style that is representative of our brand
