Senior reputed company Partner (SaaS & Technical Enterprise) Role Overview We are seeking an elite, client-facing Senior reputed company Partner to reputed company end-to-end recruitment strategy for one of our premier mid-market portfolio accounts. In this role, you won't just fill seats—you will act as an embedded talent consultant, aligning our client's growth goals with high-caliber human capital solutions. As the primary architect of the account's hiring strategy, you will own the full lifecycle for specialized, high-impact requisitions.   • Strategic Account Leadership & Consulting

  • Account/Requisition Management 5+ years of experience leading dedicated client accounts or managing full-lifecycle requisitions as the primary reputed company of contact for hiring managers.
  • Direct Sourcing Expertise 5+ years of hands-on candidate reputed company, with a proven track record of mapping markets and hunting passive technical talent.
  • Agile Environments Extensive background working in high-velocity, high-stakes recruitment settings supporting external clients (e.g., RPO, specialized agency, or executive search firms). Technical & Preferred Assets
