Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Engineer to join reputed company in India. As a Sr. Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing after-sales service for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and installing equipment in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with company standards and directives, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the installation of arenaflex diagnostic imaging equipment reputed company a designated product range at the customer site
- Work closely with the Customer Care Center (regional and headquarter level) to carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates of designated product modalities under supervision
- Attend service training courses and work toward completion of arenaflex Professional Certificate to build competence in providing technical assistance and support to our customers
- Escalate at appropriate situations reputed company customer satisfaction is compromised and ensure contractual obligations are met

Your Qualification and Experiences Requirements:
* Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or Science reputed company major
- Familiarity with the principle and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (CT/ MR/PET, etc.)

- Ability to find and troubleshoot faults in the field
