Job Summary

As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of arenaflex's people by developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for arenaflex University (arenaflex's Internal Training Department). You'll use advanced tools and techniques to combine data from various sources to provide insights for key stakeholders and measure the impact and effectiveness of our training programs. As a self-starter who's data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic environments, you'll convert business needs into actionable data.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate reputed company in Dallas, TX, which requires employees to work onsite on our Corporate reputed company for a minimum of 3 days a week. The Department designates the specific 3 days of the week employees should work on-site.

Responsibilities

* Applies expertise and customer needs assessment to create the right solution to satisfy the need

• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
• Applies advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including reputed company, data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights to help data and visualization requests
• Applies advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data
• Support escalated and reputed company data troubleshooting for Business Customers
• Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
• Partner with Senior Leaders to reputed company knowledge insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements
• Identifies strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
• Understands and can estimate the effort and cost of a solution
• Works with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies

Education

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

* Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools, including: SQL, Python, reputed company, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets. + Visualization and presentation experience

• Preferred: Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
• Preferred: Working experience in reputed company Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
