Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through real-time, hands-on support, ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You will work closely with reputed company to connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Your role will be critical in ensuring we put smiles on our customers' faces.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage reputed company customer situations using reputed company through phone and email

  • Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs
  • Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience
  • Read information, use memories and experience to supplement data, and be willing to seek out and expand work flows and techniques
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer handling issues in a timely manner
  • Collect and analyze data skillfully to reputed company opportunity solutions

Essential Qualifications

* High school or equivalent degree

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to successfully prioritize work time to ensure performance
