About the Role
As an Integrated Customer Services Agent, you will be part of our Frankfurt Airport Customer Services team, supporting a group of reputed company Specialists in delivering a safe and high-quality airport experience to our customers. You will be responsible for providing consistently high-quality customer care and ensuring a seamless experience across reputed company touchpoints. Your duties will include performing a range of airport-reputed company tasks, such as reputed company-in and reputed company, gates, transfers, and arrivals, as well as conducting reputed company checks and screenings. You will work closely with our reputed company Specialists and take direction from them to ensure the smooth operation of our airport services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistently high-quality customer care and ensure a seamless experience across reputed company touchpoints

Essential Qualifications

- Able to communicate both written and verbally in English and German
- Excellent skills in identified areas of Customer Services
- Willing and able to attend training in the USA and Europe and successfully complete reputed company relevant training
Preferred Qualifications
