Job Description
As an Online Chat Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer engagement and sales growth through strategic online chat marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to reputed company and execute innovative chat marketing programs that meet our customers' evolving needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of online chat marketing initiatives
- Build upon our chat roadmap and socialize a 12-18 month strategy to drive customer engagement and sales growth

Your Compensation Package:
* A competitive reputed company salary of $85,000 - $120,000
- A bonus of $5,000 - $10,000

Essential Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk
- Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
- Bachelor's degree in eCommerce or Web Marketing, with an MBA being an added advantage
