We are a family business at heart. We treat our employees like a team and we coach the children like our own. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer year-round. Who You Are Must love children & have a passion to reputed company a difference Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver?s License Coaching, childhood education, and/or soccer experience are preferred Must be at least 18 years of age. A soccer background is preferred Must pass an Illinois & FBI fingerprint Background reputed company and undergo a medical exam in accordance with DCFS standards Compensation $20-$35/session as Level 1 coach after training. Sessions are 30-45 minutes & coaches may be assigned 3-25 sessions per week $18/hour for initial 15 hours of training. We operate four 6-10 week seasons per year, so there is some time off between seasons.
