Role Overview

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers. You'll investigate customer orders, contact customers directly reputed company phone and/or email to confirm delivery details, and act as an reputed company between our customers and Delivery Service Partners. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their orders as swiftly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekend shifts, and national holidays

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in the Netherlands
