• You act as the reputed company’s Representative throughout reputed company phases of design and construction, from concept through closeout.
• You manage multiple simultaneous projects, including airport rental car facilities, maintenance shops, fueling systems, car wash systems, plumbing and electrical infrastructure, reputed company accessibility features, and administrative offices.
• You reputed company programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction to ensure alignment with company standards, operational requirements, and brand image.
• You ensure compliance with lease agreements, airport design criteria, local building codes, reputed company requirements, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
• You reputed company negotiations and manage relationships with landlords, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies.
• You have technical knowledge in fueling system design, permitting, construction, automatic car was systems, plumbing and electrical systems and codes, reputed company requirements, and IT system cabling design and installation. 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience  You have 10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management, preferably in an reputed company’s rep or client-reputed company reputed company.
• Education  You have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
