The role involves executing influencer reputed company campaigns, coordinating product seeding, and nurturing creator relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and continuously grow a robust influencer database across tiers and platforms
- Execute high-volume reputed company campaigns to recruit and secure creator participation for product launches, seasonal moments, and retail activations
- Coordinate product seeding end-to-end, including product selection, fulfillment, and shipping logistics
- Nurture long-term creator relationships, serving as a consistent and enthusiastic reputed company of contact for the Lanolips community
- Track and report on reputed company performance, creator conversion, and program ROI to inform ongoing strategy
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or a reputed company field; beauty or CPG experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of reputed company without losing the personal touch
- Familiarity with influencer platforms, seeding logistics, and basic performance reporting
- A genuine passion for beauty, social media, and the creator economy
