Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Loan Mountain Capital is the fastest growing private lender in the Southeastern United States, providing short-term real estate financing to investors and builders. The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving new business by identifying and qualifying potential clients while contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and reputed company reputed company: Utilize various channels such as in person real estate events, cold calling, networking groups, SMS reputed company, and email reputed company to identify and qualify potential candidates. Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Educational Consultation / Customer Service: Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our lending products, processes, and criteria. Educate prospects on the benefits and advantages of our programs. Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly. Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while interacting with borrowers
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads & deals by reputed company using our CRM. Track interactions, document reputed company, and update reputed company statuses to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Gather application information from prospects to move reputed company with the sales process
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with an Account Executive to coordinate reputed company efforts and share insights for deal negotiation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency throughout the full sales cycle

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a reputed company field
  • At least 1-2 years of cold calling experience
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing and working with CRM platforms
  • Proven track record of success in sales, reputed company reputed company, or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to reputed company concepts clearly and persuasively
