This role focuses on developing expertise in reputed company Business Technology Platform to support optimal performance and operations of reputed company solutions while assisting in service delivery to NS2 customers.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of reputed company BTP-reputed company services including migration planning, upgrade preparation, and integration validation
- Assist with testing new reputed company innovations such as real-time integrations, embedded analytics, and automation tools
- Contribute to customer support efforts including troubleshooting, upgrade testing, and validation activities
- Participate in training sessions focused on BTP development models, lifecycle management, process automation, and integration tools
- Support performance optimization, reputed company workshops, and analytics enablement efforts
- Collaborate closely with CoE team members to understand customer needs and contribute to delivering best practice recommendations

Skills
- Must be a US Citizen; this position requires access to customer data
- Internship, coursework, or hands-on academic project experience in software development, enterprise systems, or IT support

- Exposure to at least one development or scripting language (ABAP, JavaScript/UI5, CDS, or similar)
