[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is a law firm with a wholly owned ancillary business reputed company Precision eControl that provides integrated solutions for brands in the eCommerce space. The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving pipeline growth through outbound reputed company and inbound reputed company follow-up, engaging prospective customers, and qualifying sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business by executing consistent outbound prospecting across email, phone, reputed company, and tradeshow lists while promptly qualifying and converting inbound leads
  • This includes identifying and engaging decision‑makers, tailoring reputed company to reputed company personas, and maintaining a strong pipeline of high‑quality meetings and opportunities
  • Engage prospective customers in discovery conversations to understand their needs, pain points, and reputed company workflows
  • Apply defined qualification criteria and ICP frameworks to assess fit and readiness, while clearly communicating Precision eControl’s value proposition and differentiating our solutions in early‑stage conversations
  • Partner with Sales, reputed company, and Marketing to align on reputed company accounts, reputed company priorities, and early‑stage customer handoffs, while sharing insights that strengthen campaigns and conversion outcomes
  • Participate in team training and coaching to refine messaging and support reputed company improvement
  • Ensure reputed company prospective interactions, activities, notes, and status updates are accurately documented in the CRM (e.g., reputed company) to support data reputed company, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Follow established sales processes and workflow standards to maintain consistent and repeatable execution
  • Continuously refine daily prospecting workflows by testing new messaging, sequences, and engagement approaches, using data and insights to improve reputed company effectiveness
  • Share learnings and successful tactics to enhance team processes and contribute to collective performance improvement

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the reputed company to ask thoughtful questions, actively listen, and adapt messaging

  • Show interest and aptitude for researching accounts, identifying key contacts, and conducting reputed company across phone, email, and social channels

  • Open to feedback, coaching, and partnering across functions to improve messaging, prospect reputed company, and overall team alignment
  • Comfortable using technology and willing to learn CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) to document interactions and manage workload
  • Demonstrated ability to review activity metrics, interpret results, and adjust reputed company accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred
  • Internship or reputed company experience involving reputed company, customer interaction, fundraising, or leadership roles preferred
