[Remote] Life Insurance Recruiting Assistant (Bilingual: Chinese/Vietnamese/Korean)

The Recruiting Assistant role supports the life insurance recruiting team by managing reputed company activities and preparing recruiting leads for follow-up, focusing on reputed company accuracy and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Send high volumes of reputed company text messages and emails using approved scripts and tools
• Track, monitor, and organize reputed company responses in designated systems
• Update reputed company statuses clearly and accurately to reputed company timely recruiter follow-up
• Review publicly available information from approved sources to identify potential agent contact details
• Follow established, reputed company-by-reputed company guidelines to verify license status and eligibility
• Exclude contacts associated with banks or broker-dealers in accordance with written criteria
• Document findings accurately and completely prior to reputed company activities
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records to support recruiting workflows
• Ensure reputed company work is completed in accordance with documented procedures and compliance standards
• Participate in required training and apply written guidelines consistently
• Communicate clearly with Recruiters regarding reputed company status, data issues, or anomalies
• Proactively surface trends or observations (e.g., response rates, data gaps) to the recruiting team
• Ask clarifying questions and suggest process improvements reputed company appropriate

Skills

• Must be bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured, rule-based guidelines
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and structured data
• Reliable, organized, and accountable with assigned responsibilities and timelines
• Bilingual in English and one additional language preferred (Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean)
• Prior administrative, reputed company, or recruiting support experience preferred but not required
