Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or reputed company field.
• 10 years of experience in operations and manufacturing experience is required preferably in food manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of inbound materials management, detailed production planning, material handling, impact of stock levels on working capital, trade-offs reputed company supply chain.
• Ability to conduct reputed company communication in multiple 'languages' into various levels of reputed company business functions.
• Demonstrated experience with assembling proactive contingency plans, scenarios, and optimized supply network plans that can balance service and cost.
• Experience working with Warehouse Managed Systems.
• Requires experience managing people/budgets.
• Working knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies and interdependencies.
• Working knowledge of basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of demand forecasting and supply chain planning.
• Working knowledge of supply chain purchasing and procurement.
• Advanced Project Management Skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with cross functional teams and direct reports.
