[Remote] TruLaser Center 7030 Field Service Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TRUMPF North America is a family-run, high-tech company seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team. The role involves traveling to customer sites to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Travel to install, services, troubleshoot and repair TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools at customer sites throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico
- Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance
- Document customer machine information and technical conditions and reputed company improvement suggestions
- Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity
- Act as a TRUMPF Service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to reputed company their business success
Skills
- Experience in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics
- Strong customer service focus
- Technologically savvy with experience in software and file management
- Willingness to travel 100%
